As property owners, DM Property Group manages all our properties directly:

  • Direct Management: We manage our properties directly without third-party management companies.
  • Tenant Relations: All tenant communications and relations are handled directly by DMPG.
  • Maintenance: We coordinate and oversee all property maintenance directly.
  • Agreement Specific: All terms are specified in individual lease agreements.

4. Construction & Renovation Services

For construction and renovation projects, terms vary based on individual project agreements:

  • Project Specific: All construction terms are detailed in individual project contracts.
  • Quotations: Quotes are provided on a per-project basis and are project-specific.
  • Payment Terms: Payment schedules are outlined in each construction agreement.
